Production Times:

Turnaround times will vary based on the complexity and size of the job. Please email or call us for an estimate.

Payment Terms:

All orders require a deposit up front with the remainder, if any, due on the installation date. We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover cards. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Stopped payments are subject to a 25% surcharge. Late payment interest charges of 18% annual interest, compounded daily apply to any late payments.

Supported Applications:

We offer free technical support in setting up files for imaging, but we cannot be held responsible for files we do not create. Fonts, scans and any other reference files must be included on disk along with the actual file to be imaged.

We support the latest versions of the following applications:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe PageMaker
• Quark Xpress
• CorelDraw

Proofs:

Clients are requested to submit "proofs" along with their file. We assume no responsibility for output discrepancies in files submitted without proofs. Because of variations in monitors, inks, film, imaging equipment and processing, "color critical" files require a test image. We assume no responsibility for undesirable color output if no color test is requested.

Deadlines:

Imaging orders are subject to output time constraints. We reserve the right to interrupt output of files that appear corrupt, cause system malfunctions or involve unusually long output time. Please establish the compatibility of your files before requesting services. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or erased files or incompatible media. Please make sure all files are archived elsewhere.

Reproduction in any form, of copyrighted materials without prior permission of the originator, is illegal. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain such permission. We are in no way responsible for obtaining permission and assume prior permission has been obtained by the client before work is submitted.
